Strawberry & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Strawberry and banana is one of my favourite fruit combos, you can sell me strawberry and banana flavored rice and I’d eat it. It's also delicious in a sandwich! This recipe is quick and easy like your mornings should always be and I find that its a great boost after a morning workout (must be all the banana action).

You can top this however you like! Some nuts, seed, fresh fruit and honey go a long way!

Serves 2
You'll need:

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Add the ingredients to a high speed blender. Process till smooth and creamy and serve in your favourite bowl.

Top with almonds, melted chocolate, more banana, strawberries and chia seeds!
