5 Ingredient Chia Pudding
Here is a simple, 5 ingredient chia seed pudding that's naturally sweetened with my latest obsession, coconut sugar. It's deliciouslythick and creamy. A great recipe that's loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, snack or dessert.
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup soymilk
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight. Top with melted dark chocolate, some nuts and berries for a filling breakfast.
