Chia Pudding

Looking for a no-fuss chia pudding you'll want to eat everyday? Welcome. This recipe is filling, healthy and extremely delicious.      

Serves 2
You'll Need:

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup plant milk (I used soy-milk )

1 cup plain low-fat greek yogurt

2 tablespoon raw honey

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon coconut flakes

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
 I simply mix the plant milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. Then add the chia seeds and coconut flakes and stir till the seeds have been well distributed.

You need to cover that bowl and pop it in the fridge overnight or for up to 4 hours, serve as you like. I've gone with some left over plum compote and fresh kiwi.
