3 recipes to do #MeatlessMonday dinner like a Boss

The #MeatlessMonday movement began in 2003 with the aim of encouraging more people to cut meat for at least once a week. Vegan sensationalism aside, there are many real reasons why we should reduce our meat consumption including the environmental impact of meat farming and the negative effects eating too meat has on our health. Besides no one can deny the the benefits of eating more veggies, which is exactly what we are doing when we free up the space on our plates. So we’re taking a leaf (literally) from the plates of these UAE based food bloggers and adding more plants to our dinner.
