It's not news that being surrounded by nature can provide numerous health and wellness benefits. Water in particular has been shown to have a calming effect on us, and while the science is not definitive, we do know a walk on the beach, a dip in the lake or even running through rain can provide strong meditative results. "There seems to be something special about water" Environmental psychologist, Mathew White said in an interview with the Huffington post.

Dubai is taking it a step further by merging the meditative qualities of water with the strength and flexibility of yoga to provide a pretty dope fitness class.  Wanna "ooooo" and "ummm" with a view of Dubai's most impressive aquatic life? Try these classes:
