Yogurt & Granola Bowl - Breakfast in 3 mins

These days, I live for simple breakfasts because time has increasingly become a luxury. I picked up Alpro's dairy-free plain coconut yogurt at Spinney's entirely by accident last month, but its now become one of my favourite fridge staples.  Here, I've topped it simply with some store bought buckwheat granola and fresh citrus fruits. A squeeze of lime heighten the coconut flavour, serving all sorts of tropical vibes. It's always a pleasure starting my day this way. 

You'll need:
1/2 cup yogurt of choice
1 handful fresh fruit of choice
2 tablespoons granola
Edible flowers, optional

Directions:
Layer a medium sized bowl with yogurt and then top with fruits and granola. Enjoy.
