Healthy Club Sandwich

So you guys requested  a recipe for a club sandwich on twitter and I'm more than happy to oblige. This recipe has all the elements of a classic club sandwich without all that grease and calories. Win win. I opted for wholegrain bread which has a hardy texture that compliments this sandwich. Low-fat yogurt or hummus work perfectly as a delicious spreads so drop that jar of mayonnaise. For protein, I decided to add some slices of roasted chicken, but I bet turkey bacon would also be a perfect fit. Vegan-fam,  don't fret the sandwich is still delightful without meat. It is filled with a variety of fresh crunchy vegetables for flavour, texture and colour. Lightly season with fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper for a great tasting meal.

3 tbsp. ready-made hummus/ Greek yogurt

1 handful slide rotisserie chicken/turkey (Vegans: Leave out)
