Peanut Butter and Banana Popsicle

What happens when you turn your pre-workout smoothie into a popsicle? The perfect snack for a hot summer's day. 

You’ll need:

1 cup frozen banana (chopped)

½ low fat yogurt

1 tbsp. peanut butter

1 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. vanilla

Toppings

70 g melted dark chocolate

1 tsp. Coconut oil

Chopped nuts

Directions

Prep and clean your Popsicle mold. Blend the banana, yogurt, peanut butter, honey and vanilla till you get a smooth mixture. Fill the mold with the mixture, cover, place Popsicle sticks then freeze for 4 – 6 hours.

Enjoy as it is or top with a chocolate ganache.

Melt dark chocolate add the coconut oil and stir to form a smooth ganache. Dip the popsicle in the chocolate mixture then in the nuts.
