Feta Cheese & Sautéed Asparagus Toast

Need some breakfast inspo? Try this toast slathered with creamy feta cheese and topped with sautéed cherry tomatoes and asparagus. Seriously so easy to make and delicious to eat.

Prep Time: 10 Mins

You'll Need:

4 slices of whole wheat bread

2 tablespoon of crumbled feta cheese

¼ tsp paprika powder

12 cherry tomatoes

12 baby asparagus stalks 

1 tbsp olive oil

salt & black pepper 

Directions: 

Heat a frying pan to medium high and add in the olive oil. Add the asparagus and the tomatoes and season lightly with salt and pepper. Toss gently till the tomatoes just start to burst and char,  5-7 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside. 

Toast the bread and top with the feta cheese. Divide the veggies between each piece of toast and top with a dash of paprika powder.
